    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Cyber Security Consultant to join our Cyber Advisory practice. As a Principal Consultant, you will work with senior client stakeholders to help them develop, deliver, and oversee effective cyber security strategy and programmes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As part of this role, you will actively contribute to business growth through identifying impactful opportunities to support clients and support exceptional delivery of our services which include:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interim CISO Services</li>\n<li>Virtual CISO Services</li>\n<li>Board Cyber Advice</li>\n<li>CISO Support and Coaching</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the successful delivery of security transformation programmes.</li>\n<li>Lead and manage engagements, partnering with clients to understand their requirements, then building and executing strategies to add demonstrable value.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.</li>\n<li>Lead on cyber security assessments and development of improvement programmes.</li>\n<li>Lead the delivery of virtual CISO services.</li>\n<li>Advising Boards and other C level executives on effective cyber security delivery.</li>\n<li>Mentoring and coaching client security leaders to be more effective in their organisations.</li>\n<li>Provide quality assurance, oversight, management and mentorship for other team members.</li>\n<li>Actively contribute to cyber security thought leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in security leadership, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.</li>\n<li>Experienced in developing and implementing security strategies and programmes.</li>\n<li>Possess a broad understanding of a range of technical and organisational security domains.</li>\n<li>Proven stakeholder management skills, including at C-suite level.</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams .</li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience of successfully working with large and complex organisations.</li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we look for in our people</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong alignment with FSP values and ethos</li>\n<li>Commitment to teamwork, quality and mutual success</li>\n<li>Proactivity with an ability to operate with pace and energy</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Dedication to excellence and quality</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are FSP?</span></p>\n<p>FSP is a leading consultancy specialising in Digital, Security and AI solutions.
