    "description_html": "<p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As a Tier 2 Network Administrator, you'll be challenged with enterprise support problems where you will coordinate with the Network Operations Center and other Operational staff to address break fix, configuration update, schedule add moves and changes and technology upgrades and installs for Network routers and switches. You are expected as one of experienced Network team members to coordinate ticket acceptance and resolutions. You will support the development of technical resolution reports for critical outages in the Network.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>More About the Role:</strong></u>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Conduct approved network changes to include but not limited to VLan, ACL and port assignment.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform IOS upgrades to routers and switches.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform routing and switching equipment technology upgrades to ensure continued operations of the enterprise.&nbsp;</li><li>Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for network operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Resolve systems failures and accessibility problems within the network to our services.&nbsp;</li><li>Support site survey and engineering designs data calls.&nbsp;</li><li>Support new/enhanced network implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects within a site or locale.&nbsp;</li><li>Works independently with some supervision. &nbsp;</li><li>In remote locations must function as independent engineering, maintenance, and network problem solving with minimal or intermittent input from other Tiers/locations. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Problems faced are difficult, will require detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation to understand problems. You will employ creativity and ingenuity for new technical solutions applicable across the enterprise, drawing heavily on prior experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform Network ticket resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>Support Network ticket closure across Network Operations staff</li><li>Use administrative access to the network to provision new switches, routers, and Cryptographic devices.&nbsp;</li><li>Uses administrative access to network components to research errors, incidents, problems and to perform incident analysis and identify potential problems. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Routing Service Requests to the appropriate organization required for incident resolution. &nbsp;</li><li>Performs root cause analyses.&nbsp;</li><li>Completes problem resolutions associated with incident ticket(s) &nbsp;</li><li>Review and implementation of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).&nbsp;</li></ul><h3><br></h3>",
