Plus acai bowls are delicious!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Do you ace your guest interactions?</p>\n<p>Are you fast, friendly and accurate?</p>\n<p>Do you get energy from making a guest's day?</p>\n<p>Are you quick on your feet?</p>\n<p>Do you know your way around food safety?</p>\n<p><span>Do you have an upbeat attitude and passion for health, nutrition, and connecting with strangers? </span></p>\n<p><span>Do you appreciate positive people who give their best in every situation?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Let's team up! </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Here's the stuff we need your help with!:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Make and serve smoothies, acai bowls, espresso drinks and other food and beverage items</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide connection with guests and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using dialing in and other standard measures and recipes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Enter orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Replenish line, beverages and general supplies while maintaining the cleanliness of service area</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure proper presentation, portion control and food knowledge to  guide guests through menu</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Keep display stocked and rotated.</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Review product in stock and line setup for a successful shift.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Greet guests and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Relay relevant concerns from customers to leads or managers </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Serve guests quickly and efficiently, and prevent delays in serving lines</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately communicates allergens</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Guide guests through menu selection by actively listening and providing Ola's nutritional benefits to guests</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Serve food and beverage neatly and attractively per standard</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>•<span>Perform other duties as assigned</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This position requires early hours, availability on evenings and weekends.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Here's who we are at Ola!</span></p>\n<p><span>Ola Juice Bar was born from our long-time love of conscious nutrition, mindful eating, and our aspiration to foster a global community where people are excited to flourish and shine! </span></p>\n<p><span>Ola- in language has a rich, multicultural history.
