INCLUDING YOURS. </strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>Dana Turcotte, YDC North Teacher said, \"I love my job because I'm doing what I love and that is helping shape the minds of young children, preparing them for Kindergarten.\"</strong></p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Youth Development Center Teacher </strong>provides care and early childhood education for infant, toddler or preschool children, ages 0-5, in a licensed childcare &amp; preschool center environment.&#160;</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Be a role model.</li>\n\t<li>Develop and lead implementation of classroom curriculum and weekly lesson plans appropriate for&#160;age group.</li>\n\t<li>Supervise the children, classroom, and Teaching Assistants assigned to the classroom.</li>\n\t<li>Assure child safety by understanding&#160;and following safety and security procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain positive relationships and effective communication with parents.</li>\n\t<li>Conduct student assessments and parent-teacher&#160;conferences.</li>\n\t<li>Help assure a clean and well-organized classroom and equipment.</li>\n\t<li>Respond immediately and appropriately to unexpected situations and emergencies.</li>\n\t<li>Attend and be an active participant at staff meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Full Time Shifts Available, Monday-Friday:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>7:00 am-4:00 pm</strong></li>\n\t<li><strong>7:30 am-4:00 pm</strong></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>You'll enjoy a&#160;fun, rewarding work environment, EXCELLENT benefits package, and&#160;<strong>FREE YMCA Membership!</strong></p>\n\n<p>Up to&#160;<strong>75% of health insurance cost is paid</strong>&#160;for you and your family!
