You will identify gaps and inefficiencies related to workflow and usage of the EMR system. You will collaborate with the Clinical Informatics team to support EMR system planning, implementation, and end user training. You will design, implement, and deliver training activities as well as end-user support to improve EMR system adoption and optimization with general supervision. You will maintain records of training activities and results.
