This role blends FP&amp;A, accounting, reporting, and analysis, giving you the chance to dig into numbers, build models, create insights, and partner with leadership to drive decisions.</p><p><strong><u>Major Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. &nbsp;Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>Support the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, including data validation, scenario modeling, and variance analysis</li><li>&nbsp;Build and maintain robust financial models that help leadership make informed decisions&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze financial and operational results and provide actionable feedback to business partners&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare clear, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and the Board&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with accounting activities, including general ledger integrity, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement review&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure management reporting aligns with GAAP-based financials and overall corporate standards</li><li>&nbsp;Support retail and e-commerce performance reporting, including sales, margin, labor, and cost analysis</li><li>Analyze and model growth initiatives to inform investment and expansion &nbsp;decisions &nbsp;</li><li>Participate in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as business needs evolve &nbsp;</li><li>Communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise way to non-finance leaders &nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Help improve processes and tools to make reporting, forecasting, and modeling &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>more efficient and accurate &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Competencies:</u></strong></p><p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</p><ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, accounting, Big 4 public accounting, consulting, or investment banking&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field &nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Strong Excel skills &mdash; formulas, pivot tables, charts, and building models from scratch &nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to analyze, model, and interpret financial data, providing recommendations to leadership &nbsp;</li><li>Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business drivers&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a bias for accuracy and high-quality output &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting financial information to leaders &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently when needed &nbsp;</li><li>Positive, collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude &mdash; we work hard and have fun doing it &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting retail or e-commerce businesses, including modeling expansion opportunities like new stores&nbsp;</li><li>Exposure to financial reporting or analysis for special projects or growth initiatives</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Great Plains, or Management Reporter &nbsp;</li><li>SQL or data querying experience &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. &nbsp;At REVOLVE we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
