Through our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design–Manufacture–Construct (DMC)</span> platform, we self-perform core trades (MEP + Carpentry) and eliminate the waste, handoffs, and inefficiencies of traditional construction.</p>\n<p>We’re looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Traveling Superintendent of Construction</span> who wants more than a traditional superintendent role — someone who thrives on ownership, field leadership, and building projects the right way.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">The Role</span></p>\n<p>As a Superintendent at Creature, you are the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">primary field leader</span> responsible for safety, schedule, quality, and execution across the entire site. You’ll lead integrated trade teams, drive disciplined planning, and deliver projects faster and better by optimizing the <em>whole system</em>, not individual scopes.</p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, traveling role for leaders who are comfortable making decisions, solving problems in real time, and holding a high bar for performance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead safe, high-performing jobsites with zero tolerance for unsafe work.</li>\n<li>Manage all field construction activities from preconstruction through closeout.</li>\n<li>Coordinate integrated trade teams (MEP + Carpentry) and subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Drive short-interval planning, look-ahead schedules, and daily production tracking.</li>\n<li>Use Creature’s Production System to improve flow, speed, and quality.</li>\n<li>Conduct daily site walks focused on readiness, safety, and quality.</li>\n<li>Ensure work complies with drawings, codes, and healthcare standards.</li>\n<li>Lead inspections, punch management, commissioning, and turnover.</li>\n<li>Travel regularly to support projects across the Southeast and U.S.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What Success Looks Like</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safe jobsites with strong field culture and accountability.</li>\n<li>Predictable schedules with minimal rework and downtime.</li>\n<li>Trades working in sequence, not in conflict.</li>\n<li>Projects delivered faster, cleaner, and with higher quality than traditional benchmarks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of construction field leadership experience.</li>\n<li>Proven success leading complex or healthcare projects.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, codes, and inspections.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and execute from drawings and specifications.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively.</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a background screen and a drug test.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in self-perform or vertically integrated environments.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with lean construction, production systems, or TAKT planning.</li>\n<li>Experience with modular, prefabricated, or adaptive reuse projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Why Creature</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay + performance-based bonus</li>\n<li>Full benefits package</li>\n<li>Work with integrated trade teams you can actually lead</li>\n<li>Opportunity to break the status quo and build projects better</li>\n<li>Clear ownership, authority, and accountability in the field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Creature is an equal opportunity employer.
