          "text": "<p>As a&#xa0;SSD&#xa0;Architect within&#xa0;Solidigm’s&#xa0;SSD Architecture organization, you will lead the definition and evolution of domain-level architecture for next-generation data center SSD solutions. This role is accountable for setting architectural vision, driving end-to-end system design decisions, and influencing cross-functional engineering execution to deliver high-performance, scalable, and competitive enterprise storage products.&#xa0;</p><p>You will operate at the intersection of system architecture, silicon design, and firmware development—leveraging deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional leadership to shape product direction and drive innovation aligned with business objectives.&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></u></p><p><strong>Architecture Leadership &amp; Strategic Vision&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Define and own the architecture for one or more critical SSD domains (e.g., PCIe/NVMe, memory controller, CPU complex), establishing a clear long-term architectural vision aligned to product and business roadmaps.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead development of architecture specifications, including system flows, hardware/software partitioning, and performance optimization strategies, demonstrating strong strategic thinking and technical depth.&#xa0;</li><li>Drive complex architectural trade-off decisions balancing performance, power, cost, scalability, and time-to-market, applying sound engineering judgment and data-driven decision-making.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>End-to-End Product Ownership &amp; Technical Execution&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical leadership across the full product lifecycle—from concept through implementation, validation, and product bring-up—ensuring alignment between architecture and execution.&#xa0;</li><li>Influence ASIC and firmware architecture specifications, design reviews, and validation coverage through rigorous technical reviews and constructive challenge, demonstrating accountability and high standards of excellence.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership &amp; Influence&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with controller, firmware, hardware, and validation engineering teams to translate architectural intent into successful execution, demonstrating strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment.&#xa0;</li><li>Influence and guide cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges, exercising leadership through influence without direct authority.&#xa0;</li><li>Communicate architectural direction, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences, demonstrating strong communication and executive presence.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Innovation, Continuous Improvement &amp; Industry Leadership&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Drive innovation by proactively identifying and incorporating emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive insights into architectural decisions.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives across product design, engineering processes, and architectural methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.&#xa0;</li><li>Mentor and develop engineers and architects, strengthening organizational capability and promoting technical growth and leadership development.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
