    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Specification Control Specialist is responsible for new car pilot/SOP of the Cockpit and Instrument Panel Bill of Materials (BOM), model changes relating to HMMA/KMMG.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate Pilot/SOP Cockpit/Chassis/Bumper, IP (Instrument Panel), and Plastics BOM with customer BOM with communication (using both Korean/English) to HKMC/MOBIS Korean </li>\n <li>Develop Pilot/SOP Master Parts List for modules of all pilot/SOP project vehicles</li>\n <li>Manage Pilot/SOP Parts List to ensure all departments have the most up-to-date information</li>\n <li>Maintain and create Pilot/SOP build schedule/orders for suppliers/customers</li>\n <li>Analyze Pilot/SOP planning data of customer/supplier</li>\n <li>Provide necessary communication (using both Korean/English) and support to the customer/supplier with Pilot/SOP planning data</li>\n <li>Maintain good communication (using both Korean/English) with all departments and customers relating to Pilot/SOP</li>\n <li>Lead Pilot/SOP EO cut (EO) meetings with customers, suppliers and all related departments</li>\n <li>Use various in-house software to effectively communicate data to customers regarding trials and implementations of engineering changes</li>\n <li>Coordinate Pilot trials/SOP production EO change and obtain approval for engineered changes</li>\n <li>Conduct daily checks of pilot engineering changes within project vehicles</li>\n <li>Manage the BOM using SAP</li>\n <li>Maintain ALC (Assembly Line Control) and HPCS (Hyundai Production Control System) codes in SAP</li>\n <li>Develop solutions and alternative methods for resolving incorrect specifications in the production line or during unexpected production plan changes</li>\n <li>Monthly Pilot/SOP Closing Backflush Management for Cockpit/Chassis/Bumper, IP (Instrument Panel), and Plastics production including EO change.</li>\n <li>Support Head of Department (HOD), Manager, or Supervisor’s company business request in production if necessary</li>\n <li>Provide well-established communication (using both Korean/English) to customers, Research and Development, suppliers, and all related departments daily</li>\n <li>Prompt, regular, predictable attendance</li>\n <li>Physical presence at work during all scheduled work hours </li>\n <li>Overtime and weekend work as required</li>\n <li>All other job duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:  </strong> No</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual required (4 Korean/English skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening))</li>\n <li>Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills</li>\n <li>Good Communication (using Korean/English), analytical, and technical skills</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills</li>\n <li>Ability to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Ability to work OT and 2nd shift as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Business/Operations Management, or related field</li>\n <li>Experience in automotive manufacturing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations: </strong>None</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>90% Office; 10% Production floor</li>\n <li>10% Domestic/ International Travel</li>\n</ul>",
