    "description_html": "<strong>THOR Solutions</strong> is actively seeking a <strong>junior-to-mid-level Videographer/Media Specialist</strong> to support the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) in <strong>Panama City, FL</strong>. The Videographer should possess experience working with video recording/editing and animation, as well as experience in planning, development, and delivery of media products. This individual will provide development of digital training media for Air Cushion Vehicles (ACVs).<br><br><strong>Typical Responsibilities:  </strong><ul><li>Translate complex technical training manuals and procedures into scripts for instructional and training videos.</li><li>Capture and produce high quality video, audio, photography, and multimedia content of craft operation and maintenance activities.</li><li>Use digital video production, audio editing, and animation techniques to create professional training products.</li><li>Participate in all phases of video production, including content development, project planning, storyboarding, scripting, filming, peer-review discussions, and editing.</li><li>Exercise independent judgement and creative direction in executing broad project objectives to meet customer requirements, schedules, and end-product goals. Participate in planning stages and coordinate with team members.</li><li>Work with other audio/video personnel, 3D modelers, and technical experts (SMEs) to develop content, ensuring technical accuracy and end user understandability.</li><li>Produce other digital media in support of training.</li></ul><br><strong>Location:</strong> Primary onsite at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) and/or the nearby THOR office in Panama City, FL. Some local flex/telework may be permitted as allowed by work duties and government approval.<br><br><strong>Travel:</strong> Up to 10% travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations is anticipated.<br><br><strong>Typical Physical Activity: </strong>Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion. Periodic visits to waterfront/shipboard environments. May involve: traversing shipboard environments (e.g., tight spaces, ladders, hatches) or vision.<br><br><strong><u>Existing</u> SECRET Security Clearance Required: </strong>This position requires an existing <u>active</u> or <u>interim</u> <u>Secret security clearance</u> prior to hire. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; therefore, only current U.S. citizens will be considered for this position.
