    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Overview</u></strong></p><p>Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems to minimize down time and recommend solutions to&nbsp;Manufacturing Engineering. Develop, assemble, procure or modify existing and new tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure efficient&nbsp;production&nbsp;methods.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Install, maintain, diagnose, perform preventative maintenance and repair all plant manufacturing equipment including related pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and chemical systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot custom manufacturing &amp; test equipment in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Work with Manufacturing Engineers in the specification and development of new manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Interface w/ PLC&rsquo;s (specifically Allen Bradley), w/Camera&rsquo;s (Cognex &amp; Keyence), w/HMI&rsquo;s (Allen Bradley &amp; Parker), and w/Robot&rsquo;s (Epson &amp; Fanuc) to troubleshoot machine issues or modify programs.</li><li>Use of hand tools, power tools and machining equipment to modify, construct or repair components for equipment.</li><li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience working from complex drawings and data, manuals, handbooks.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using a wide variety of measuring instruments and electronic analyzing and testing equipment. &nbsp;Thorough knowledge of electronic components, digital and analog circuitry, hydraulic systems and machine tool principles essential.&nbsp;</li><li>1-2 years technical college training (or equivalent).</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Compensation: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;GW Lisk is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
