      "content": "<li>Responds promptly and appropriately to potential donor referrals to assess suitability and enhance the donation process.</li><li>Conducts chart reviews and determines medical suitability in conjunction with DNWest clinical staff.&nbsp; Understands and accurately maintains donor information and charting.</li><li>Assesses hemodynamic stability and develops strategies in conjunction with DNWest clinical staff to maintain organ function.</li><li>Collaborates with physician and other hospital personnel to develop plan for referral management from initial referral through declaration of death/donation after cardiac death evaluation.</li><li>Provides education to hospital staff about the donation process.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li><li>Reviews medical-legal documentation pertaining to brain death, ensures declaration is completed according to hospital policy and in accordance with American Association of Neurology Guidelines.</li><li>Provides emotional support and expertise in donation process for donor families and utilizes DNWest staff or hospital resources, as needed.</li>"
