Partner with production teams and suppliers to ensure consistent compliance.
Define inspection methods and sampling plans to keep products on point.
Audit, observe, and fine-tune procedures to keep them sharp and effective.
Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective action plans.
Support failure analysis and help prevent future issues.
Host customer visits and audits—representing quality with confidence.
Champion continuous improvement with data-driven solutions.
What You Bring
Strong background in process documentation, inspection planning, and statistical process control.
Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Clear, professional communicator who can work with customers, suppliers, and teammates.
Demonstrated success developing, implementing, and improving quality systems that meet industry standards and customer requirements
Strong hands-on expertise in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and failure analysis
Experience working directly with customers to resolve quality issues, including participation in audits and certification programs
Solid knowledge of regulatory and quality standards such as ISO and AS9100
Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and significant hands-on professional experience)
At least 3 years for Quality Engineer or at least 7 years for Senior QE of progressive experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or other technical environments with increasing responsibility
Why You’ll Love It Here
