In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting slot machines and gaming equipment to ensure an exceptional guest experience and maximum game uptime.</p>\n<p>If you enjoy problem-solving, working with electronics, and being part of a fast-paced casino environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n<p>As a Slot Technician I, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our gaming floor.</p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, relocate, maintain, and repair slot machines and gaming equipment</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance and maintain repair records</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair electronic gaming equipment to the component level</li>\n <li>Respond quickly to machine malfunctions and technical issues</li>\n <li>Assist with slot machine conversions and new game installations</li>\n <li>Partner with Slot Operations and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations</li>\n <li>Investigate slot variances and help resolve technical concerns</li>\n <li>Maintain and secure all company-issued equipment including keys, radios, and handheld devices</li>\n <li>Assist guests with machine-related questions and provide outstanding customer service</li>\n <li>Attend required trainings and stay current on gaming procedures and compliance requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be <strong>21 years of age or older</strong></li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>One (1) year of Slot Technician or related technical experience preferred</li>\n <li>Electronics or PC technical degree/certification preferred</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li>\n <li>Experience using smartphones, tablets, and touchscreen technology</li>\n <li>Knowledge of slot systems and gaming equipment preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technical software</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Join WarHorse Gaming?</h2>\n<p>At WarHorse Gaming, we’re building one of the most exciting entertainment destinations in Nebraska.
