    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Co-op Ethanol Complex (CEC) is hiring a <strong>Process Operator</strong> on a permanent, full-time basis to join our team. This position requires on-site work and is located near <strong>Belle Plaine, SK</strong>.</span></p><p><span>We are looking for a highly motivated 2<sup>nd</sup> Class Power Engineer, or a 3<sup>rd</sup> class actively working towards their 2<sup>nd</sup> class. We offer steam time, overtime at double-time, and a rural commuting allowance for those who will be traveling 20+ km to our plant.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Ensure the safe and efficient operations of plant equipment and systems to ensure product is meeting established standards.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Perform quality assurance tests on the product using testing instruments and making necessary corrective adjustments based on results.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Perform equipment checks and minor maintenance as required.&nbsp;If an issue is identified, you will make the necessary machinery and equipment adjustments and implement the proper response.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>You will ensure all water testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Have relevant industrial experience.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Have a 2<sup>nd</sup> Class Power Engineering Certificate, or a 3<sup>rd</sup> Class and actively working towards your 2<sup>nd</sup>.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Have reliable transportation to drive to our plant in Belle Plaine for scheduled shifts.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Are willing to comply with a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.</span></li></ul><p><br><span><strong>Who you’ll work with:</strong></span><br><span><strong>The Team:&nbsp;</strong>You will work closely with other Process Operators and will report to the Production Manager on a team that strives for a culture of collaboration, trust, and safe and reliable operations.</span>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-top: 12pt;\"><span><strong>Why it matters:</strong></span><br><span>We help grow Western Canadian communities through our commitment to purchase local grain and starch inputs to produce ethanol and dried distillers grain (DDG).&nbsp; We use the ethanol to support a lower carbon economy in Western Canada.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>Who you are:</strong></span><br><span>You are looking for a career in</span> process engineering and:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Have relevant industrial experience.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Have a 2<sup>nd</sup> Class Power Engineering Certificate, or a 3<sup>rd</sup> Class and actively working towards your 2<sup>nd</sup>.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Have reliable transportation to drive to our plant in Belle Plaine for scheduled shifts.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0cm; vertical-align: middle;\"><span>Are willing to comply with a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>What we offer:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Encouragement to take advantage of learning opportunities to grow and develop as a Team Member.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>As a co-operative, we do business differently.
