font-size: 10pt\">Build strong relationships with facility teams and tenants through thoughtful, proactive communication.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform millwork installation, repair, and fabrication, including doors, frames, cabinets, paneling, furniture, hardware, and related carpentry tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; Union benefits, including healthcare and pension, are provided in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. You must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and work with tools and equipment such as hand tools, table saws, drill presses, hammers, saws, planers, and ladders.
