    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Dozer Operator – Fort McMurray</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sureway</strong> <strong>Construction</strong> is one of Alberta’s largest heavy construction contractors, involved in; civil earthworks and grading, utilities and offsite, mine operation and aggregate extraction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Local – Work Sureway</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full Time, Seasonal</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week</p>\n<p><strong>Perks</strong>: Benefits, RRSP/TFSA Matching </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Fort McMurray and Surrounding Area’s<strong> - </strong>no direct access to public transportation</p>\n<p><strong>Essential: </strong>Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>**Options for living accommodations and daily allowances are available and will be provided**</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong>    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Personal Reliable Vehicle</li>\n <li>CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pre-employment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)</li>\n <li>Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Dozer Operator Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safe operation of dozer as it pertains to stripping, ditching, sloping, leveling</li>\n <li>Operate dozer in close proximity to ground personnel and other equipment</li>\n <li>Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.</li>\n <li>This is a general responsibilities list and does not include all responsibilities required of the position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Dozer Operator</strong><strong> Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a Dozer operator.</li>\n <li>Experience with finishing work (sloping, leveling) required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sureway Construction Group</strong> is an equal opportunity employer.
