Maintain a strict \"zero-defect\" mindset to ensure all quality control standards are met.</li><li><p><strong>SOP Adherence: </strong>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and use our ERP digital logging system to track time and materials accurately.</p></li><li><p><strong>Logistics Support:</strong> Double-check outgoing packages, coordinate with couriers regarding shifts or delays, and execute shipments flawlessly.</p></li><li><p><strong>Team Collaboration: </strong>Bring a \"Team Before Self\" attitude. Communicate effectively across teams to flag printing or shipping errors early.</p></li><li><p><strong>Safety First: </strong>Keep a clean, organized workspace and consistently use required PPE.</p></li></ul>",
