The Team Our structural engineering teams provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, with a strong record in notable projects like Coors Field. Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage engineering and technician staff to successfully complete projects. Coordination: Oversee structural design scope, coordinating in-house and with other consultants. Planning and Budgeting: Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients and contractors throughout the design and construction phases. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans. Mentorship: Act as a mentor and resource for less-experienced staff, assisting with their career development. Representation: Attend project meetings and represent Martin/Martin during design and construction. Relationship Building: Take an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships.
