In addition, our CSR's schedule service appointments and update customer's accounts; respond to email inquiries; place outbound calls; actively promote products and services; receive and record completed work orders; and expedite unresolved customer grievances. High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-year customer service experience Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications Experience with Service Titan is a plus. Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
