This role involves working in an ISO 6 cleanroom environment, fully suited, assembling precision opto-mechanical and electro-optical products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to support multiple assembly departments as needed.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assemble opto-mechanical and electro-optical components according to engineering drawings and specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, including mechanical misalignments and fitting problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Repair mechanical defects such as broken screws, misfitting parts, and similar issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate and maintain optical and measurement equipment for alignment and verification.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate effectively within a team of 6 members to meet production goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO 6 cleanroom protocols and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other assembly departments when required.&nbsp;</li><li>Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience in opto-mechanical or electro-optical assembly.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with optical systems and precision measurement tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (ISO 6) with full gowning requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to cross-train and assist in other assembly areas as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to safely handle and lift products up to 32 lbs<strong>.</strong>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Education &amp; Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in optics, mechanics, or electronics is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>2+ years of experience in precision assembly or related field.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Notes: This job description is not intended to be exhaustive in every respect, but rather to clearly define the fundamental purpose, responsibilities and dimensions for the role.
