    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB PURPOSE </span></p>\n<p>Responsible for carrying out the full scope of onboarding and AML activities for clients and partners, including initial onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews, and support with transaction monitoring documentation. While this role encompasses the entire process, its primary focus is conducting annual periodic reviews of clients (KYC), partners (KYP), suppliers (KYS), and employees (KYE) updates, ensuring information accuracy, regulatory compliance with global and local<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">AML/CTF, suitability, FATCA and CRS requirements,</span></span><span> </span>and adherence to company policies and procedures. The professional will work within the Onboarding and AML team, in partnership with Compliance, Client Service, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Legal to ensure that clients and partners are properly onboarded, reviewed, and monitored in accordance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY ACTIVITIES </span></p>\n<p> All activities will be carried out for all Hedgepoint Group entities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct and execute the onboarding process for clients (KYC), partners (KYP), suppliers (KYS), and employees (KYE) from documentation collection to approval.</li>\n<li>Perform due diligence on new and/or existing clients, partners, suppliers and employees, including analyzing complex corporate structures, identifying UBOs, and assessing reputational risks.</li>\n<li>Conduct periodic reviews (annual updates) of partners, suppliers and employees profiles, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious activities or transactions when necessary.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Execute MSAC procedure and assist in the implementation of compliance controls.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding and KYC/KYP/KYS/KYE matters, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a well-structured end-to-end process.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and auditable records of onboarding, monitoring, and review activities.</li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory changes, sanctions, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education (Degree / Area)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge and Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ADOBRE PRO</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Financial industry regulation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of onboarding, corporate documentation, and AML/CTF regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">KYC/CDD/EDD processes, especially periodic reviews/annual updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desirable: AML/KYC certifications (e.g., CAMS).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fluent English and Portuguese.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working in Broker Dealer (DTVM / CTVM) Compliance Departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Tech/AI innovations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Spanish.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Power BI.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LOCATION:</span><span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63)\">São Paulo, SP - </span></span><span> Up to twice a week at the base office in Vila Olimpia Office - SP. </span><span><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63)\">(Hybrid)</span></span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63)\"><em>Privacy Notice - Hedgepoint By participating in our selection process, you confirm that you are aware of and agree to all the terms stipulated in our Hedgepoint Privacy Notice.
