    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p>Reports to: Long Term Care Director&nbsp;</p><p>FLSA Classification: PRN, Hourly&nbsp;</p><p>Pioneers Medical Center will lead the effort to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.&nbsp;</p><p>Essential Functions</p><p>&nbsp;- Prepares hair for styling by analyzing hair condition</p><p>&nbsp;- Shampoo, condition, and treat hair and scalp</p><p>&nbsp;- Produce&rsquo;s resident&rsquo;s desired effect, makes recommendations.</p><p>&nbsp;- Maintain nail care and facial hair&nbsp;</p><p>- Maintains stock and supplies&nbsp;</p><p>- Other Duties as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Education and Experience</p><p>&nbsp;- Graduate of an accredited aesthetics program.</p><p>&nbsp;- Current, unrestricted licensure as an esthetician or hairstylist with DORA. Other licenses such as cosmetology or nail technician may be considered.</p><p>&nbsp;- Hair stylist experience, especially with geriatric residents, preferred.</p><p>&nbsp;- Experience with long term care /geriatric residents desired.</p><p>&nbsp;- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred; required within four months of date of employment or transfer). PMC offers classes.</p><p>&nbsp;- Demonstrated knowledge of Cosmetology principles.</p><p>&nbsp;- Ability to maintain current education for licenses and esthetics training.&nbsp;</p><p>Skills and Expectations - Kind and professional demeanor.</p><p>&nbsp;- Professional and well-groomed appearance, including during on call hours.</p><p>&nbsp;- Communicate positively and effectively, both written and verbally, with patients, family, and staff.</p><p>&nbsp;- Demonstrate effective organizational skills in an evolving environment.&nbsp;</p><p>- Work with honesty, compassion and integrity at all times.&nbsp;</p><p>- Adherence to ALL PMC confidentiality procedures and policies.
