For those looking to make a difference and find a professional home, Wipfli offers a career-defining opportunity.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong> </p>\n<p>This internship offers a rotational experience across our leading CRM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Creatio within Wipfli’s Growth & Collaboration space. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to CRM implementation, and client engagement while developing foundational consulting skills. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industries </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem-solving techniques </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field of study </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Superior written and verbal communication skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to build and foster professional business relationships </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. At Wipfli, hyrbid work is defined as associates regularly working 2-3 days a week in a Wipfli office or at client sites.  The client sites can vary locally, regionally, or nationally depending on the industry alignment.
