      "content": "\n<li>Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, assistants and aides on the instruction of students with disabilities in academic subjects.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement technology-based learning</li>\n<li>Collaborate with teaching staff on the development and update of IEP goals and progress for students on assigned caseload.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Monitor credits and courses required for graduation for students; Support teaching staff in preparing assignments, grading assignments, and preparing reports.</li>\n<li>In collaboration with administration, maintain all student transcripts, graduation analysis documents and progress reports.</li>\n<li>Coordinate and communicate with other staff members in order to ensure consistent application of the academic and therapeutic program.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li><strong>Current PEL (Professional Educator License) with LBS1 Endorsement</strong></li>\n<li>Curriculum &amp; Instruction Endorsement on the PEL, preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of IEP Writing and Process</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Think Cerca, Myon, and/or MobyMax is ideal</li>\n<li>Ability to coach and lead educational staff</li>\n<li>A strong background in Special Education including but not limited to cognitive &amp; LD, Autism, BD, ED and OHI</li>\n<li>Experience in PBIS and trauma-informed programming is a plus</li>\n<li>Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively</li>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
