    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">We are looking for a Manager to join our Corporate Finance team within the Deals Advisory practice.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">This role offers the opportunity to deliver innovative and strategic deal solutions to clients, providing end-to-end advisory from deal origination through to completion. You will work with leading companies across industries to help them identify, structure, and realise value from transactions. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will support informed decision-making and help clients maximise value from their deals.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&amp;A transactions and other corporate finance mandates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Independently manage projects, including client pitches and transaction engagements, under the guidance of Partners and Directors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Conduct and review financial analyses, valuation models, and strategic assessments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Prepare high-quality client deliverables such as pitch books, information memorandums, and presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions and recommendations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Bachelor’s degree or higher academic qualifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&amp;A, capital raising, transaction services, investment banking, or related fields.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong analytical skills and business acumen.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proven track record in deal execution and project management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial modelling, and corporate finance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Comfortable working in cross-border teams and international settings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</span></li>\n</ul>",
