&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Constantly review the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement.</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participate in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc., on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as required.</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Communicate directly with QA/QC laboratory to ensure effective participation in the implementation of QA policies and procedures.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Sample and test process streams as required by the QA/QC program and procedures.</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist maintenance technicians in performing maintenance and repairs.</p><p>11.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work in a safe manner at all times.</p><p>12.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Other duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.</p><p><br></p><p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE:</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience in the operation of a dry-mill ethanol plant preferred.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
