    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<strong> </strong> Embark Behavioral Health is growing and seeking a \n<strong>Virtual Case Manager</strong> to join our \n<strong>telehealth-based IOP/PHP program</strong> serving teens, young adults, and their families. This role supports clients both clinically and administratively while partnering closely with therapists, leadership, and families to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care. Embark operates programs nationwide, providing a full continuum of behavioral health services—from residential and wilderness therapy to outpatient and virtual care. Our Virtual IOP program plays a critical role in expanding access to life‑saving mental health treatment.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate client schedules, attendance, and clinical documentationComplete education assessments, </li>\n <li>Education Success Plans, and school communication</li>\n <li>Serve as primary liaison for families, schools, and clinical team</li>\n <li>Support admissions, pre‑treatment, case consults, and discharge planning</li>\n <li>Assist with PHP/IOP scheduling, group facilitation, and case management</li>\n <li>Manage consents, benefits verification, outcome measures, and EHR documentation</li>\n <li>Coordinate medication management and access to health services</li>\n <li>Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and assigned duties</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a social services–related field or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred)</li>\n <li>Experience in behavioral health and/or education strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills</li>\n <li>Ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain boundaries, and resolve conflict</li>\n <li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and ability to pass a background check </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional growth using our leading-edge strategies and trainings with our exceptional leaders.</li>\n <li>This position is non-exempt and offers a pay range between $20 - $30 per hour.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive Benefit Program that includes medical insurance with a generous company contribution towards a high deductible plan, dental insurance, vision insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, 401K with company matching, and paid maternal leave.</li>\n <li>Company Paid Holidays plus a PTO accrual schedule.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
