font-size: 10pt\">Fluent English (written and spoken)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in a primary or early years classroom setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with the IB PYP framework (preferred but not essential)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
