The ideal candidate for this job should have the following credentials:<br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Smooth, level, and finish poured concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.</li><li>Pour, spread, tamp, shape, and finish concrete to meet specific standards.</li><li>Operate various tools and machines like edgers, trowels, bull floats, and brooms.</li><li>Create expansion joints and edges using specialized tools.</li><li>Patch both horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces.</li><li>Build and assemble concrete forms and wooden frames.</li><li>Assist with subgrade work and mix concrete or other materials.</li><li>Break up and repair old concrete surfaces.</li><li>Dig, excavate, trench, and backfill.</li><li>Build and strip forms.</li><li>Mix and pour concrete.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li> Positive attitude and desire to excel while working with fellow employee-owners.</li><li> Maintain a safe and clean work environment</li><li>Wear proper safety equipment on sites and wherever required.</li><li> Must have experience finishing concrete.</li><li> Must pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screenings.</li></ul><p><strong>PERSONAL SKILLS:</strong></p><ul><li> Must be able to effectively communicate.</li><li> Will be required to work in a team environment with fellow employee-owners.</li><li> Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.</li></ul><p><br>All other duties assigned.
