Every load you move helps keep our operation running efficiently and safely.</p><h3>Your Day May Include:</h3><ul><li>Operating haul trucks and other heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, and excavators.</li><li>Transporting materials safely and efficiently throughout the quarry.</li><li>Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.</li><li>Identifying and reporting mechanical, electrical, or safety concerns.</li><li>Working closely with team members to maintain smooth operations.</li><li>Following all safety procedures and helping create a safe work environment.</li><li>Tackling challenges with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Supporting other quarry operations as needed.</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience operating heavy equipment.</li><li>Previous quarry, mining, construction, or similar industrial experience.</li><li>Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and inspections.</li><li>Strong commitment to workplace safety.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules during busy production periods.</li></ul><h3>You'll Be Successful If You:</h3><ul><li>Enjoy hands-on work.</li><li>Take pride in operating equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Work well independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Are dependable, motivated, and ready to learn.</li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2><p>This isn't a desk job—and that's exactly why many people love it.</p><p>You'll work both outdoors and indoors while experiencing the changing seasons firsthand.
