We hire and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide dependable, personalized care, build independence, maintain routines, and help individuals stay connected to their communities in meaningful ways. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></span></p>\n<p>We are seeking an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP)</span> to provide consistent, full-time support for a young adult in the McMinnville, OR area. <em>(No prior DSP experience required &amp; paid training is provided.) </em>This position is best suited for someone who is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">patient, gentle, and enjoys creating positive, engaging daily experiences</span>.
