          "text": "<p><strong><em><u>Position Summary</u></em></strong><strong>: </strong></p><p>In this role, the Environmental Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facility's environmental impact, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.<br>\n&#xa0;</p><p><strong><em><u>Key Responsibilities</u></em></strong><strong>: </strong></p><p>Serves as the facility Environmental Manger, reporting to the ESH Manager.&#xa0; Oversees all facility Environmental compliance with legal and Central requirements.</p><ul><li>Internal and external environmental reporting, recordkeeping, and monitoring;</li><li>Environmental regulations and requirements evaluation for new projects;</li><li>Project permitting and data gathering;</li><li>Environmental compliance litigation assistance;</li><li>Oversight of waste handling contractor(s);</li><li>Environmental training, awareness, and communication;</li><li>Implement and maintain an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and internal standards;</li><li>Environmental audit and inspection reporting and corrective action implementation oversight;</li><li>Implementation and maintenance of central environmental initiatives and programs;</li><li>Develop concepts, procedures, or work instructions for environmental protection and continuous improvement;</li></ul>",
