    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs CAT scans to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, views prescreening form and addresses patient questions and concerns.</li><li>Produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as required by the departmental procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Administers IV contrast when necessary.</li><li>Assures that the completed exam is submitted with all required paperwork to the Radiologist.</li><li>Follows proper patient and technologist safety while performing exams.</li><li>Maintains quality control.</li><li>Displays a caring and compassionate demeanor when talking patients through the procedure.</li><li>Answers phones.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean environment in the CT department.</li><li>Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations, registries and licenses.</li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality.&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently displays a positive attitude and a personal commitment to excellence.</li><li>Regular and reliable attendance is required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High School Diploma.&nbsp;</li><li>Completion of ARRT in AMA approved school.</li><li>Florida license and current ARRT certification in CT.</li><li>Venipuncture certified.</li><li>Current American Heart Association recognized Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk or hear. This position on occasion will require you to lift objects up to 40lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to exercise good judgment and positively influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and efficiency.&nbsp;Repetitive motion of upper body required for extended use of machines and computers.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time position in an outpatient medical office setting. Days and hours are Monday through Friday between 7:30am to 5:00pm. Based on business need, the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, is required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The work environmental characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
