This role will be instrumental in building a comprehensive data ecosystem that supports decision-making across all areas of the organization</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Lead the design and optimization of scalable data pipelines and architecture using platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, and relational databases.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Translate business priorities into actionable data initiatives that improve access, accuracy, and visibility of key sales metrics.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts, fostering professional growth and high-quality delivery.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Operations, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that enhance decision-making.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and quality assurance practices to guarantee reliable analytics.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and metrics that measure operational performance and sales effectiveness.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Implement automated reporting systems to streamline delivery of sales and operational metrics.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives, partnering with research teams to integrate new models and scale infrastructure.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and analytical tools to enhance data agility and table:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strategic, analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, leading cross-functional efforts and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery and traditional RDBMS systems.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Proven ability to develop and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines for performance and scalability.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>What’s needed-&nbsp;Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">8+ years of data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics roles.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">3+ years of management experience, leading analytical teams or similar.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and relational database management.</li></ul><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>What’s needed-&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Master’s degree.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Strong project management background, including Agile or hybrid methodologies.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Experience with Python, R, dbt, or Airflow for advanced data orchestration and transformation.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Knowledge of AI/ML integration, model deployment support, and advanced analytics pipelines.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Experience implementing data governance frameworks and enterprise data catalogs.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Prior experience in sales operations analytics,
