      "content": "\n<li>Collaborate with shop management and department leaders to develop efficient production strategies and meet delivery commitments.</li>\n<li>Lead and supervise fabrication personnel, including fitters and welders, while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.</li>\n<li>Assign and prioritize work to maximize productivity and support production goals.</li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance related to fabrication processes, blueprint interpretation, welding practices, and shop procedures.</li>\n<li>Monitor project schedules and adjust manpower assignments as production needs change.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment remains operational and production downtime is minimized.</li>\n<li>Establish performance expectations and foster open communication through coaching, feedback, and employee development.</li>\n<li>Partner with Quality Control personnel to ensure compliance with applicable fabrication and quality standards, including AISC requirements.</li>\n<li>Assist with workforce management activities such as interviewing, onboarding, training, performance reviews, timekeeping, and disciplinary documentation.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve shop efficiency, workflow, and team performance.</li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.</li>\n"
