This role is integral to expanding UBH’s philanthropic revenue by cultivating corporate relationships, managing sponsorships, and executing high-impact fundraising events. The Development and Corporate Giving Manager works cross-functionally with Development, Programs, Communications, and Leadership to strengthen donor engagement, elevate UBH’s brand visibility, and deliver meaningful experiences that inspire long-term investment in our mission. This position requires a proactive relationship builder, strong project manager, and results driven fundraiser who understands both revenue strategy and donor stewardship.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Corporate Giving &amp; Foundation Partnerships:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Identify, cultivate, and manage corporate partners with aligned private and public foundation giving</li>\n<li>Secure funding through corporate foundations, including local and regional grant opportunities in collaboration with the Institutional Giving team.</li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategies for matching gifts, employee giving campaigns, volunteer grants, and workplace giving programs.</li>\n<li>Build relationships with corporate social responsibility (CSR) teams to align UBH programs with funding</li>\n<li>Partner with corporations to design and implement employee engagement opportunities, including volunteer activations, site visits, and community impact experiences.</li>\n<li>Create tailored partnership opportunities that integrate philanthropy, sponsorship, and employee</li>\n<li>Manage a portfolio of corporate foundation prospects and ensure timely submission of proposals, reports, and stewardship materials.</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with the Grants/Institutional Giving team to avoid duplication, align strategy, and maximize funding opportunities.</li>\n</ol>\n<ol></ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Corporate Partnership Development</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate giving strategy inclusive of sponsorships, foundation grants, and employee-driven philanthropy programs.</li>\n<li>Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partners across philanthropic, sponsorship, and foundation channels.</li>\n<li>Secure funding through a mix of event sponsorships, corporate foundation grants, and workplace giving initiatives.</li>\n<li>Develop customized partnership packages that integrate brand visibility, social impact, and employee</li>\n<li>Maintain a robust pipeline of corporate and corporate foundation</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Donor Stewardship &amp; Engagement</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ensure timely follow-up, recognition, and reporting to corporate partners</li>\n<li>Coordinate and expand corporate volunteer engagement and employee activation programs, including volunteer grants.</li>\n<li>Develop customized <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">impact and engagement reports </span>for corporate and foundation</li>\n<li>Deepen relationships through <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">multi-touch engagement strategies</span> </span>that connect corporate partners to</li>\n</ol>\n<p>UBH’s mission and outcomes.</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Maintain consistent communication and visibility with key</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Cross-Department Collaboration</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Work closely with Institutional Giving to align corporate foundation outreach, ensuring strategic coordination and maximized revenue opportunities.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Development, Finance, and Program</li>\n<li>Support grant alignment where corporate partnerships intersect with program</li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing to ensure strong brand presence at</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Event Fundraising Strategy &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lead planning and execution of fundraising events (galas, community events, campaigns, corporate engagement events).</li>\n<li>Met event revenue goals and manage</li>\n<li>Secure event sponsorships, auction items, and in-kind</li>\n<li>Oversee vendor management, timelines, run-of-show, and</li>\n<li>Ensure strong donor cultivation and stewardship touchpoints before, during, and after</li>\n</ol>\n<ol></ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Revenue Growth &amp; Performance Management</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Meet or exceed annual corporate and event fundraising</li>\n<li>Develop quarterly revenue projections and pipeline</li>\n<li>Monitor cost-to-raise-a-dollar and event</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve event revenue efficiency and donor</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, marketing, business, or related field (preferred).</li>\n<li>3–5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, sponsorship sales, or event</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in meeting fundraising or revenue</li>\n<li>Strong relationship-building and negotiation</li>\n<li>Experience managing fundraising events from concept to</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication</li>\n<li>Passion for homelessness and commitment to UBH’s mission and</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills - ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set and manage priorities, and meet deadlines and goals.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with office technology and donor information systems (preferably Salesforce, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li>\n<li>Ability to work productively with a variety of people;
