You will find your people here if you are courageous, collaborative, and dedicated to the fight for a healthier environment.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About The Role</span></p>\n<p><span>Ecojustice offers a unique articling experience, focusing on environmental law.  We are currently seeking one Articling Student in the Toronto office for the 2027-28 term to provide litigation support to our program team of lawyers by:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Conducting legal, policy, and general research</span></li>\n<li><span>Preparing legal memoranda primarily in the areas of environmental and administrative law</span></li>\n<li><span>Drafting pleadings and preparation of case books</span></li>\n<li><span>Assisting in researching and writing Ecojustice reports</span></li>\n<li><span>Assisting with requests for information and reviews under the <em>Freedom of Information Act</em> and <em>Access to Information Act</em></span></li>\n<li><span>Interacting with clients and other non-governmental environmental organizations</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Success</span></p>\n<p><span>We are currently working to embed our commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and reconciliation into all aspects of our organization.
