          "text": "<p><strong>Job Title: Desktop Admin</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Groveport, OH</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 4-6+ Months</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Management of general IT Operations and services for multiple sites including adds, moves, changes, monitoring and reporting as assigned by Management team.</li><li>Travel to other sites (globally) to assist on projects as assigned by Management team</li><li>On call to respond to site support after hours</li><li>Proficiency in Win10, Office 2016/365, Server 2012, Active Directory, DNS, MS SCCM</li><li>Networking, Cabling, Tone, Tracing cables</li><li>Working with Dell workstations, Laptops, MS Surface products</li><li>Proficiency with RF devices (handheld Intermec CK3, Truck mounted VM1 Thor)</li><li>Proficiency working with Zebra ZT510, 105SL printers</li><li>Familiarity with troubleshooting Cisco IP phones and Wireless Access Points</li><li>Supporting Shipping workstations with UPS WorldShip</li><li>Service Now (ITSM)</li></ul><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&apos;s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred</li><li>Directly related work experience may be substituted for degree</li><li>IT Certifications a plus</li><li>3-5 years’ experience providing technical support for systems with software and hardware components.</li><li>Strong technical attitude and ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task in an interrupt-driven environment</li><li>Ability to work without supervision</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li></ul>",
