Fanatics, Inc. is looking for an energetic and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join our Fulfillment and Manufacturing team in Waxahachie, TX. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at our Distribution Center, leading and coordinating processes to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy. You will play a key role in driving optimization, supporting growth, and contributing to the company's profitability.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>How you will make an impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise all shipping, receiving, and order processing activities, maintaining a visible presence on the distribution center floor throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Maintain departmental standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Review, prioritize, and organize operational activities during the shift.</li>\n <li>Forecast staffing needs to meet business demands and participate in the interviewing and hiring process.</li>\n <li>Train, motivate, coach, reward, and discipline team members; resolve personnel issues in partnership with the HR Manager and Senior Management.</li>\n <li>Manage personnel issues including vacation approvals, timecard approvals, overtime, hiring, and training in collaboration with HR and Senior Management.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.</li>\n <li>Assist Senior Management with the development and enforcement of policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Complete required administrative tasks, including preparing reports and correspondence.</li>\n <li>Maintain knowledge of all operating systems relevant to the work area.</li>\n <li>Enforce safety programs, conduct required safety training and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>\n <li>Supervisory Responsibility</li>\n <li>Directly supervise up to 50 employees within the distribution center.</li>\n <li>Analyze large data sets to inform decisions and execute action plans.</li>\n <li>Manage employee performance, quality, and development through performance management.</li>\n <li>Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing barriers, and resolving problems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What you bring to the team:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing teams of 30 or more.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n <li>Knowledge utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Preferred) and Oracle.</li>\n <li>Experience presenting content in a variety of environments to include business meetings, formations, standup or town hall meetings</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience within the company preferred.</li>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience in environments such as manufacturing, distribution, or call centers.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to coach employees on productivity and career pathing.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to influence peers and leaders across an organization.</li>\n <li>Engineering experience preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
