Custodian

Job Title: Custodian Starting hourly rate $27.00 per hour 1st shift, 7a - 3:30pm Role & Responsibilities: • Perform janitorial duties within the manufacturing plant as needed and assigned by supervisor. • Safely maintain and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Ensure cleanliness of all restrooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, office areas, and other areas of the plant as assigned. • Adaptable to established work schedule. Qualifications & Requirements: • Must be able to work in a manufacturing setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety rules and practices. • Willing and able to perform janitorial and other manual tasks throughout the plant. • Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Must have regular and predictable attendance. • Have ability to understand verbal and written instructions from plant supervision and efficiently and effectively perform assigned tasks. • Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements necessary for the job. There will be seasonal work such as mowing and snow removal included. Additional Information: • Shift: Days • Department: Reliability Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
