Join our team of dedicated and engaged colleagues, and benefit from specialized training and support, employee referral program, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We have room for growth, we start everyone as a caregiver then are able to train to become a Med Tech.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a caregiver for us you will be in charge of:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking</li>\n <li>Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping</li>\n <li>Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures</li>\n <li>Assess for changes in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor</li>\n <li>Administer medications and injections to residents based on medical charts</li>\n <li>Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning</li>\n <li>Follow procedures regarding documenting of medications</li>\n <li>Utilize good judgment in providing client care and safety</li>\n <li>Assisting other team members with their duties</li>\n <li>Complete all required documents and charting</li>\n <li>Answer call lights and assess residents needs</li>\n <li>Obtain meal trays and assist with eating</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Requirements:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to pass a criminal background check</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation</li>\n <li><strong>Every other weekend is required</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Benefits:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ROOM FOR GROWTH</li>\n <li>Employee Recognition events</li>\n <li>PAID TIME OFF</li>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision for full time employees </li>\n <li>Paid orientation and training</li>\n <li>Daily Pay!
