    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.51.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.51.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>LABOR CATEGORY</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Financial Management Analyst- Sr</p><p><strong><u>SEHLKE POSITION TITLE</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Consultant &ndash; SME IV</p><p><strong><u>LOCATION</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Camp Smith, HI, on-client site&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>JOB DESCRIPTION</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>The Financial Management Analyst position will provide financial management and logistics services in support of Marine Forces Pacific.&nbsp;</p><p>Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of DAI reports and tools to analyze financial transactions and uncover anomalies.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for timely certification of DAR-Q records and assisting Marine Expeditionary Force&rsquo;s certifiers with proper validation and accesses.</li><li>Knowledge of SPARTA/ARC Tool and audit KSDs to prepare and submit completed audit packages within established timeframes.</li><li>Develop CAPs in MICP after evaluation of audit submissions as well as other business process area and risk assessments.</li><li>Determine trends and process improvements through analysis of Key Supply and Financial Performance indicators.</li><li>Provide Planning Programming Budget and Execution Support.</li><li>Prepare management reports to display budget execution data.</li><li>Provide analytical expertise to support MARFORPACs decision making capability.</li><li>Adaptable and possesses the ability to work independently when required.</li><li>Work as part of a team which is comprised of Active-Duty, Civil Service, and contractors to offer the client customized solutions.</li></ul><p><strong><u>CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Secret clearance required</p><p><strong><u>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</u></strong><strong>: List any required education.</strong></p><p><strong>Mandatory:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (at a minimum) or a master&rsquo;s degree in a business-related field such as Business Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance.</p><p><strong>Waiverable/Substitutable:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</u></strong><strong>: List any required certifications.</strong></p><p>CDFM preferred&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</u></strong> 20+ years of experience at Major Subordinate Command in financial management, to include budget execution. General working knowledge of the following systems and associated reports: DAI, ARC Tool, GCSS-MC, SYNCADA, Advana/DAR-Q, DTS, G-Invoicing, PIEE/WAWF, MICRR, CEDMS, LDG, STORES, and DMLSS.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;To be eligible for employment, you must be fully vaccinated, except in limited circumstances where an employee is legally entitled to an accommodation, by January 4<sup>th</sup>, 2022, or your start date, whichever is second in time.
