This position involves proactively monitoring the environment to prevent and respond to potential threats or emergencies, maintaining a visible security presence to deter unlawful activities. The officer will collaborate closely with church leadership and local law enforcement to develop and implement security protocols tailored to the unique needs of a faith-based community. Additionally, the role requires maintaining confidentiality, exercising sound judgment, and demonstrating respect for the diverse backgrounds and beliefs of all individuals on site.
