The Concrete Foreman is responsible for directing and coordinating activity associated with the construction of the project and must have the ability to lead by example, motivate crew members, and efficiently manage the job.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">An ideal candidate should possess a solid background in the field with all aspects of concrete construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to delegate direct work to others and make quick and accurate decisions. This position is considered a “Working Foreman” position which involves working alongside crews to assist in completing the projects as required. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\"><span><span>Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Effectively lead, manage, and motivate crews of 3 to 6 individuals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete the job</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Ensure job sites are safe by implementing safe work practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Ensure job sites and work practices follow OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Effectively delegate responsibilities and individual tasks to crew members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Oversee and train new crew members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Communicate and report job status effectively</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Utilize instruments for precise layout as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Communicate and interface with clients maintaining Kinsley’s reputation as first-rate contractor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Read drawings, plans, and blueprints, and conveying this information to others</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Identify and research adequate resources, labor, and equipment, to complete projects efficiently </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Operate general construction equipment such as skid steers, excavators, telehandlers, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Set complex forms ensuring correct and high-quality finished product</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Install and oversee the installation reinforcing rebar or mesh wire</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience directing a workforce is required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning and manipulating things</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Understand and follow oral and written instructions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods in unfavorable weather conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Must have transportation to get to assigned job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Must have a valid driver’s license</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Must be willing to travel out of town for some jobs and some may require overnight stay</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
