Also it is quite important to guarantee the right performance to ensure the compliance of SLA and KPIs defined by contracts. </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>They oversee communication with customers regarding maintenance operations, preventive planning and management of corrective actions. </span></p>\n<p><strong><span> </span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span> </span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span> </span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>FM SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP</span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develops monthly reports related to critical physical infrastructure management.</span></li>\n<li><span>Helps customers with their certification process, audits, etc. providing info and data to the Critical Environment Manager and Customer Service Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure the execution of infrastructure improvements following client contract framework.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support audits (internal and external) to achieve and follow up certifications (PCI-DSS, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO45001, and so on) </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> <br><br><br></span></p>\n<p><strong><span>TECHNICAL MISSION</span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Monitors and manages critical physical infrastructure maintenance</span></li>\n<li><span>Creates/reviews technical management of incidents (Incident reports, RCAs, action plans…) with the possible assistance of technical experts, and reports to his/her manager.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitors the infrastructure to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participates in incident drills scenarios to verify the adequacy of procedures and the level of control of the facilities by the teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participates in customer contract management meetings as technical support.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participates in internal operation meetings (with multi-technical providers)</span></li>\n<li><span>Implements and supports providers to implement the procedures defined at the group level</span></li>\n<li><span>Tracks the improvement/action plans related to incidents, non-conformities and any other source of risk for the facilities. </span></li>\n<li><span>Manages supplier’s contracts and participates in their follow up and review.</span></li>\n<li><span>Supports the Global Process Owners (GPO) to implement their processes</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensures that technical decisions within the building are made in the best interest of efficiency and reliability.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proposes improvements for the facility when possible.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><span> <br><br><br></span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS</span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><strong><span>H&amp;S:</span></strong><span> Respect and enforce health and safety rules.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><strong><span>Environment:</span></strong><span> Respect and enforce environmental policies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><strong><span>Information security:</span></strong><span> Respect and enforce information security policies</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>·       </span></span><strong><span>Energy: </span></strong><span>Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.</span></p>\n<p><strong><span> <br><br><br></span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>REQUIREMENTS</span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>Education and experience</span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>An undergraduate degree in a technical field (Industrial Engineer, with or without master)</span></li>\n<li><span>3+ years relevant experience in a data center or critical facility</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><strong><span>Technical skills</span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Knowledge of electrical/ </span><span>mechanical systems (HV, LV, mechanical, HVAC systems, BMS, controls), computer networks, safety and security </span></li>\n<li><span>Management of long-term relationship with suppliers/providers</span></li>\n<li><span>Management of root cause investigations in the event of an incident</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to listen to internal customer needs </span></li>\n<li><span>Good communication in English</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong><span>Soft skills</span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Adaptability and agility</span></li>\n<li><span>Curiosity</span></li>\n<li><span>Sense of responsibility</span></li>\n<li><span>T</span><span>eam player mindset</span></li>\n<li><span>Rigorous</span></li>\n</ul>",
