National Beef should be your next career move - <strong>Apply TODAY!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive wages and benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Family friendly Health benefits</li>\n <li>Paid vacation</li>\n <li>Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Employee meat purchase program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities for the Trailer Yards Accountability Specialist position include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Document reefer trailer information, to include starting unit and documenting all required information</li>\n <li>Work with internal departments, drivers, and outside carriers</li>\n <li>Communicate regularly with plant departments and department manager</li>\n <li>Complete required reports in an accurate, timely manner</li>\n <li>Check all load related information to ensure that it is complete and accurate</li>\n <li>Contribute to a team effort</li>\n <li>Record observations, occurrences, and unusual activities</li>\n <li>Document incidents of irregularity</li>\n <li>Operation of a motor vehicle</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.  This is not a remote position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Environment</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work is performed in an external environment with exposure to inclement/extreme weather and varying temperatures (wind, rain, ice, and snow). May walk up to 12 miles a day.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Trailer Yards Accountability Specialist Position should have the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver's License</li>\n <li>Strong, Ethical Character</li>\n <li>Dependable</li>\n <li>Ability to be objective</li>\n <li>Ability to demonstrate professionalism</li>\n <li>Good people/conflict resolution skills</li>\n <li>Microsoft Outlook proficient</li>\n <li>Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Able and willing to stand or walk for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Able and willing to work outside in ALL weather conditions</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English</li>\n <li>Exemplary performance and attendance record at previous employment</li>\n <li>Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>Previous trailer accountability specialist experience preferred but not required</li>\n <li>2 years stable work history</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
