As an IT Support Specialist , you will ensure the operational efficiency of our IT systems and support the security posture of a growing fintech company. You’ll report to the Director of Infrastructure and work closely with our Security and DevOps teams. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology. What you’ll work on: Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Administering user access and permissions, primarily centralized through JumpCloud Supporting user environments, including macOS and Windows systems Troubleshooting IT-related issues and providing end-user support Managing hardware and software asset inventory Administering internal tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) Creating and maintaining IT documentation and runbooks Coordinating with vendors for hardware procurement and support Supporting adherence to ISO 27001 standards by ensuring access controls and security measures are in place Conducting periodic access reviews and audit support Assisting in the monitoring and resolution of IT security alerts Enforcing endpoint security policies across the organization What We're Looking For: 2-4  years of experience in IT support or system administration Experience administering macOS and Windows environments Experience with directory services (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Okta, or similar) Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficiency in English and Spanish Nice to have: Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks Exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) Experience working in a remote-first environment What We Offer: Fully remote position Equipment provided for your home office setup Training budget for certifications and professional development Career growth within IT and Security The opportunity to work in a fast-paced fintech scaling across Latin America Locations : Buenos Aires, Argentina; Santiago de Chile, São Paulo, BR.
