The Senior PD oversees all housing access and navigation supports, including assistance in securing housing subsidies, apartment search support, tenancy-sustaining services, and housing services reimbursable by Medicaid.</p><p>In partnership with agency leadership, the Senior Program Director shapes long-term strategy for integrated, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented housing services. They are responsible for building sustainable program infrastructure, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, managing and developing staff, and maintaining high-quality, person-centered service delivery.
