You will lead and direct project teams in delivering exceptional results and providing a best-in-class experience for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential future customers. &nbsp;</p><p>Job Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Safety is the main fiber of our network. culture.</li><li>Establish project objectives, requirements, performance metrics and planning/execution procedures in alignment with corporate and business unit standards&ndash; ensure the timely preparation, review and implementation of project execution plans.</li><li>Effectively lead and direct team members in the day-to-day execution and administration of assigned project(s).&nbsp;</li><li>Create a project specific schedule of values that will maintain positive cash flow and prepare/submit monthly applications for payment and progress billings.</li><li>Manage status and timeliness of all submittal packages, RFI logs, Change Order Request Logs, etc. throughout entire life&nbsp;of assigned projects.</li><li>Participates in the RFP processes, completing a detailed review of plans, specifications, and entirety of bid package.</li><li>Reviews contracts, work orders and purchase orders to fully understand contractual requirements and provisions, and to ensure scope of work is in alignment with associated estimate and respective contract documents.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain customer&nbsp;relationships to secure and expand business opportunities.</li><li>Provide initial client&nbsp;interface to assess scope of work and schedule necessary to successfully complete projects.</li><li>Work with the field operations team to ensure proper materials, equipment and workforce are available.</li><li>Manage project scheduling requirements to control costs and meet contractual requirements.</li><li>Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships; streamline project activities for efficiencies; communicate with staff and upper management to keep all informed of customer and job requirements.</li><li>Participates in project meetings and communicates updates and progress.</li><li>Works with Project Engineers, Coordinators and Superintendents in preparing and submitting RFIs and change order&nbsp;requests.</li><li>Monitors
